And FWIW......... if you consider legal immigration a bad thing.....

then the USA is an example of the success of immigration.

Before the haterz start hatin'..... America is known as the nation of immigrants.
Virtually everyone outside of native Americans can trace their history to immigration.

Having a built one of the most successful nations ever in most metrics almost purely on immigrants. (some not by their choice but we will skip that bit of history)

Is it perfect, clearly not. Its still actually trying to figure a lot of things out which only history can judge.
