Was given. Clearly caught his foot. Clearly not an obvious error

I’m no Arsenal fan but I can’t stand these gsmes being re-reffed by the VAR who then manipulate the on field officials to give the decision they think should be given.

I think Arsenal have been very hard done by here both with the penalty given against them and the one they were denied.
