I don’t deal with mortgages myself these days

but do keep an eye on the latest deals.
2 months ago we were looking at probably 2 x 0.25% base rate cuts before Christmas.
Now…who knows 🤷‍♂️
Could even be a hike or two if things don’t settle soon.
I do feel rates will come down with a bang in perhaps a year, when everything is looking desperate
