Techy Help required...

Brought a PCMCIA USB 2.0 hub from EBay. Received it today, plugged it in and nothing. Installed the drivers from the website as instructed, ran the installation program, restarted the laptop. Nothing. Its obviously powered as my USB mouse lights up when plugged in to it, but nothing works.

Anyone any ideas?
