My haterz love to hatez...... but you cant .....

explain away why some coaches will do really well one place and completely flop at another give equal or better resources.
My haterz have trouble explaining away the obvious logic.
If a coach wasn't overrated they would be a success everywhere.

Clubs like to blame the coach because you cant fire the whole squad. Its the same in virtually every professional sport.
Coaches often get blamed for stuff out of their control but on the flip side they get credit for stuff they had little to do with.

PC is clearly a good coach but he had a good squad to work with who were clearly unfit (THE MAJOR ISSUE) and was also given some nice resources in the window with multiple signings. Which mostly worked out TBF.
That combined with his coaching skills and excellent man management has made us a good team.
