Agree with that Jim.
Need a bit of something else to really make this team something special. Convert those tight draws into wins, and we'll fly. I'm sure Big Phil will know that, and will be working on it with Knapper. Invest that Sarge money.
The key thing though - get everyone properly fit in pre-season and avoid the massive injury list. Imagine what Big Phil might have done with a generally fit squad.
The planning starts now, for what should be a quality season.
