You seem to think that because some people believed her, and believed it was an offence committed by small boaters, and they were wrong on both counts, that this proves that no such things ever happen
Sadly, they very much do happen. So if the protesters had been out in Brighton, they’d have had a factual basis for their protest (whatever you think of their methods). Why does it matter that the Epsom protesters were wrong? You seem to think that it means all such protests must be unfounded and pure prejudice
