By the way. I’m not sure about the believe part

Of the three you mention to believe and spread disinformation, I honestly think one of them believes it (and is more careful with spreading), one of them doesn’t believe half of it but spreads for attention, and the other one is just a bit thick, likely actually more of a victim of those preying on the gullible.
