"clear foul anywhere else on the pitch"

...is one of the most annoying things people now say when justifying some ridiculous penalty claims.

The action of playing the game, kicking the ball etc sometimes mean you will get physical contact with each other. It doesn't mean everything is a foul, even if someone took a photo showing the physical contact.
