I speak fluent English, French and very competent Italian.
My first degree was from UEA (PPE) and I completed my post grad at Cambridge.
However, my academic qulaifications are not pertinent to the point i was making.It was to highlight the absudity of peddling idiotic conspiracy theories. Some Refs at all levels are incomptent.They are so not just for NCFC but for every club inc Ipswich.
