We should follow the example of the French and start at the youth levels

change the system that way because the prem league is the most viewed league in the world, people believe it is the highest quality, when in fact it isn't even an exciting league, individual games maybe exciting because of the English style of play but technically it is not on a level with Spain and Italy.
