Ignoring the top 4, based on season form of PPG the teams will finish as follows.

Hull 76.3
Saints 74.3
Wrexham 73.6
Derby 70.7
Norwich 65.1

Winning all 5 games would get us to 73 points but if we are level on points for 6th we would almost certainly have a better GD than Derby, Hull and Wrexham.
It was asked can we get promoted on 71 points.
Its highly unlikely as it would take ALL 4 teams above us to play worse for the last 5-7 games than they have all season.

Saying all that....with so few games left you really have to look at strength of schedule of individual games.
(Sheff wed at home is clearly easier than Coventry away)
And also teams that have correlation when playing each other.
IMHO the last game with Hull, Hull might not have anything to play for and might already be saving themselves for the playoffs.
