Of the 12 people who have set foot on the moon, only 4 are still living, and they are all

in their 90s.

I wonder if any of them will live to see the next? I cannot imagine they would think it would be (likely) 56 years before they saw the next lunar landing after Apollo 17 in 1972. And even 54 years before the human race even left low earth orbit again.
