Philippe Clement is set to face the media at Colney this afternoon (4:30pm) as he previews Norwich City’s upcoming Championship clash with Portsmouth.
-------------------------------------------------------------

PC on the international period: "We missed a big part of our group. We worked with lots of players individually, but I prefer to work with all the group."

PC on internationals: "You probably know Ruairi McConville came back with an injury after international game, he will be out for this game. A few others came in this afternoon after a long flight, so they weren't able to train, so I will have to make a decision on those."

*Toure, Schlupp, Schwartau, Chrisene and Stacey all back in team training. All had different levels of injuries and were out for different time scales, so need to be managed individually on availability.*

PC on bigger player selection pool: "The tougher the decisions the better. We want that for the rest of the season and then to kick on next season."

PC on international managers watching his young players: "We are not afraid to play young players, we are by far the youngest squad in the Championship."

PC on Dr Paul Ford arrival as performance director: "I was involved in conversations with several candidates towards the end and Paul came out as the best option, with all his experience. I think he can be a big extra asset for the club from a medical point of view."

PC on Paul Ford: "We discussed a lot of things. I'm interested in other sports and how to use it in football, using it towards recovery and nutrition. He can help us go to the next stage."

PC on Lee Dunn: "A lot of positives there. He is in a different role now, but will stay across recruitment as well."

PC: "We've been busy with lots of things inside of the club. I've been happy with the players and staff for all stepping into our story. You need to adapt as every group is different, to help them understand the story. Even if you stay in a club for 20 years, the story will be always be different every year and month."

PC: "This is a young group and we need to educate them how to be a football player. Every player wants to be a Premier League player, but you don't get that without hard work. You can't always go socialise and have drinks with friends, you have to make sacrifices."

PC: "I still feel young and am hungry for a project like this."

PC on final seven games: "There are decisions to be made towards squad for next season, so it will be interesting to see players and how they react. The focus also remains on every game and winning them."

PC on big games ahead: "We're only busy with ourselves and getting as many points as possible. Then playing good football and entertaining our fans."

PC on what he needs from the fans: "A lot of noise, positivity, songs. The new songs that have started for certain players, they love that, and sing the songs to each other in the dressing room. I heard one song about me, which I didn't like so much."
