There was something I didn’t intend

The residential trips - I was referring to the prior experiences the kids had. I worked at a middle class school and at several that could be described as “challenging”, and at all of them, when I took trips, there were kids who’d never been out of Norfolk and at the other end of the spectrum kids who were from families with overseas property. Their prior experiences were very evident. Differences in their knowledge of and attitude towards the outside world didn’t vary all that much between 1990 and 2024. The world had changed a fair bit, however…
