Sorry, but if you support diversity then you accept there will be good and bad, as with everything.

If you support a lack of diversity, the same - you will stave off some perceived bad influences by not being diverse, but you will also miss out on some good influences.

I don't think you can say you support diversity, but then choose which you want and which you don't. That's not diversity.
