Agree with the sentiment if not the whole content

I don't think everyone believes in diversity for starters - and even if they do, the scales which measure what people see as the 'right or wrong' types of diversity do actually define and reflect people's general tolerance quite well.

There is *definitely* an issue with Britishness right now though. I'm proud to be from this country, but not they that pride is used in an isolationist way.

As an aside, I've had to write statements about the appearance of flags with consideration for all those who have a view on this. Almost impossible. One of the hardest bits of messaging I've ever done.
