Getting interested in the political views of a clubs owners

Is a fool's game, for the same reasons as clubs ought to stay well clear of politics. Politics (certainly at the moment) is decisive and fractured. Whatever you say, beyond the completely anodyne, will annoy someone or provoke some sort of angry reaction or opposition.
Football clubs unite through football; they're not debating clubs, and they stand for no particular political stance. In the same way as the wrath is diminished for most of us when it descends into half baked political blather; I can find plenty of that elswhere; I dont need or want more of it here.
