It won't happen

Reform were spanked in the Manchester byelection when people thought they might win an election that mattered. And that was their golden boy. The Greens and Labour combined got more than twice the Reform vote

They'll do well in local elections because people think don't matter, but in the long run, winning local elections in the worst thing that can happen for Reform. The opportunity to prove what a vote means has not worked out well in the places they won last year.
