So glad to read that

Every time I’ve seen him he’s looked “hollowed out”. There but not there. Going through the motions out of habit, but basically shut down. He’s clearly unwell, with problems that need time and proper professional help.

Strong possibility that since he suffered tragedy he has not been even close to being himself, and all his recent performance problems stem from that.

Sincerely hope he rests up recovers and rebuilds.
