jewish organizations run ambulances ....

in bigger cities because they can respond quicker and
they can consider cultural needs

they are run on a volunteer basis and they will help anybody regardless of religion

I assume you read the news report of two jewish ambulances being torched , the very ambulances that would have taken the arsonist to hospital if needed
