Easy 10 seconds from when they appeal for/against a decision.

And they only run out of challenges if they get two wrong.

If they've done that, and then they need one, then get better at using them.

Becomes part of the game then rather than as much of a frustration, being able to use challenges well is a skill, one for managers and captains to learn.
That means they actually have to know the rules properly to get better, as well as inevitably developing an understanding of how difficult it actually can be to make the right call.
