That does make it look like it was the push that decided the ref (which was my original thought at the time). He definitely reacts all of a sudden well after the entanglement. The camera cuts away at a crucial moment and you can't see the ref, but it certainly looks like he wasn't *that* bothered about the original incident, just signalling a free kick to Portugal.

Still, as I wrote last night, I wholly blame Eriksson and the coaching team for us getting knocked out - not Rooney or Ronaldo
