Yeah but the whole reason we like him is because we think he can

grow us as a club. And that means promotion and eventual stabilisation at the PL level. If he can’t do that over time then as much as we like his personality we would want to move on. That’s how football works. Might take three or four years but if no promotion then he’s not been successful.

If he gets us promoted I’d say we’d be patient for a bad season, relegation as long as we were still contenders for promotion again. It’s just football.

I think you’re projecting other clubs onto Norwich.
