Yes, I'm not suggesting we need an exact replacement

but we do need someone that is at least as good as him in their own way.

Mattsson is, but as it stands, our midfield is weakened considerably without Kenny, even with Wright stepping in.

I hope Wright is the replacement, but significant improvement required. Not beyond the realms of possibility of course, given how young he is and how little he's played first team football.
