Club fines and banning orders would be unpopular, agitate the free speech warriors who only use their free speech to say the unacceptable, and be near impossible to police. Let alone the question of who judges what is acceptable and what isn’t.

Looks like we have to live with a universal truth, that people are dicks. And some a lot more than others.
