i've seen that at a Bundesliga game

werder bremen v arselol. bloke and his partner got a chopping board and knife (!) out and methodically made themselves cheese and tomato sandwiches with pickles.

i spotted a reverso of this at our recent game v brum when a bloke in the concourse at half time pulled a cold meat pie out of his pocket in a ziplock bag and scoffed it down.

mmm, cold gravy dribbling down yer beard. classy.
