Depends what you like but we're tempted to try Whitelocks and North Bar in town, maybe Tapped or Crown st Tap at the very start of the long walk, SALT on the docks in way towards ground, Northern Monk Refectory a bit further toward the ground and potentially seeing if we can sneak into Holbeck WMC 10 mons away.

We won't do all of them!
