No way was he as good as Ruel as very few were (how did he - Ruel - not get more widespread recognition?). But Adams was a decent player in his own right, and more versatile as you have to bear in mind his penalties and occasional outings in midfield. His subsequent contributions to the club are manifold and generally good. Well done Neil, a genuine club servant and always a positive influence in my opinion.
