I assume this would be performed locally by Iranian spooks?

Or in this day and age is it feasible to launch suicide drones from international waters?

As far as I am aware the UK isn’t particularly well prepared to defend drone attacks, while we should be really as it’s the most achievable conventional kinetic attack (other than detonating placed or suicide bombs).
