Sadly true

There’s a good piece by max Hastings in the Times today lambasting US leaders who take out an existing regime without a replacement plan

(Though there’s an unusually good reply below the line saying that that’s outdated thinking and that Trump isn’t nation building, he’s just trying to negate Iran as a serious regional threat, plus drying up supply of drones to Russia and oil to China.)
