I’m not slating him, just asking the question. For the record, he has made a lot of good

Signings imo that will only get better due to their age. I just wonder if big Phil would simply let Knapper sign who he wants. I get the impression PC is a bit more old school, wants to control most aspects of the club and identify his own players. I’m sure Knapper will help but I think PC will have the first and final call.
