I think it was time

During extra time the ref booked Savinho. During that time the game is stopped, and the time should be added on. Instead the ref blew pretty spot on the original 6. I remember the foul - was really cynical, fair enough, killed a lot of time - and I remember thinking bet the ref adds nothing on.

Given that Leeds were pressing really hard for a win, I think it was that that pissed him off. Tbh, it’s really basic refereeing, the ref should be alive to these things in particular when it’s a tight game, and even though it’s a few seconds only, I found it enraging too. Always favour the big team. You can bet your arse if it was the other way round, the ref adds on another 45 seconds or so.
