Given the work Knapper has done

Bringing in Big Phil, and recently in the transfer market, the thing I can’t wrap my head around is how he got fooled by Liam Manning. What did he see during what must have been a long process that made him think Liam was a golden appointment. Every time I saw him speak, he was utterly vacuous. How did he manage to blag it through round after round of interviews?
