contrast that to the reaction of our local parish council to totally shut off the local playpark and access to the staithe carpark during covid to "discourage people from meeting up".

i'm talking for pretty much the entire pandemic. so much harm done to young peoples mental health during covid, i know lets shut off somewhere outdoors where people can meet up in the fresh air.
