Because they relate to profit and sustainability?

Limit the losses which can happen over a three year period. If you can stay within that and service objectively high debts then they aren't a problem. They made a profit in the last six months so doesn't seem a problem.

They turned over £666m last year so debt doesn't seem that high in relation, less than double. You'd be pissed off if a mortgage lender wouldn't lend you double your salary.
