15th May1982 Game vs Sheff Wed.

This was a memorable game as we took over 10,000 supporters away for a league game which in the modern era is unlikely to be beaten.

My memories of the day were getting promoted even though we lost at the death.
Sheff Wed couldnt catch us so their supporters were pissed off.
They stormed the pitch at the end and approached the away end.
43 years later and I still remember those knob heads.

7 years later in the same area we stood, The Hillsborough disaster took place and we lost at Villa Park on the same day vs Everton in the other Semi final.
Losing just didnt seem to matter after we had heard what had happened.
