i was out yesterday as usual walking my fenton

i saw a vaguely familiar mush walking towards me and clocked it was none other than the chief constable of norfolk rozzers who lives in our village. he appeared to be in a very good mood indeed, all smiles and a rare good morning even. normally he's quite dour.

the last time i spied a prominent figure so ebullient was when i spied stephen fry coming out of norwich railway station to take up his post on the board.
