Yes - If the question was that binary

If we were to have a referendum the question should be

"Do you believe it is time to review the full scope of the role of the Royal Family within the UK and state system?"

Or something.
To get rid in entirety would rob the country of something, and isn't likely to pass any time soon either.
I do think a majority would be open to degree's of change however.
