He should know by now that we've never stood in a player's way if they deserve a move. Keep doing it on the pitch and if someone meets our valuation, we'll let you go.

Can only assume he was either promised a January transfer that we've reneged on, or he has seen the form of Big Mak and feared for his place in the team in the run up to the World Cup.

Regardless, no chance he makes World Cup squad now.
