Not quite what I said.

There have been 31 implicated by the Spanish Civil Guard. Of those 31, 4 are already suspended by the sport, 10 come from a team already kicked out of the Tour from the first reports of this, 8 come from a team currently in legal proceedings against their participation, 4 have been suspended by their team and 1 whose team was not invited to enter. Currently, there are 11 riders in that list who will compete in the TdF (most of those due to Astana winning an appeal with CAS yesterday).
