i can only comment i what i have observed myself ....

apart from the opening games i havent noticed anybody having a problem with digital tickets and on the only occasion i was behind a family at the turnstiles , they seemed to have it under control one adult scanned the tickets to let the youngsters through and with the last ticket they went through

thats not to say others are not having problems
