What the team has, and he doesn't

is drive, fight, tenacity, will to win, whatever you want to call it, under PC we go after teams, get to second balls, force mistakes, Jurasek might have quality but he has none of the other attributes this team needs. Whenever I see him he seems to hide from the ball, not show for his team mates, doesn't work hard out of possession. Maybe i'm wrong, perhaps PC needs more time to work his magic on him, I'm not expecting any miracles.
