I can't imagine Knapper argueing heatedly, shirley his rosy cheeks would just explode!

Seriously it seems totally against his character as the nerdy computer guy and from his demeanour in interviews. But he should definitely use it to improve his standing with fans.

But I really hope the 'abuse' is just exaggerated by the agent for effect.
