I think the most astonishing part of our turn around

is in how our individual players have improved and most are playing somewhere near their peek.

Colin Wanker said on a podcast that success and getting the best out of the players you have is all down to man management and as a coach myself I tend to agree. The most important part of any player is their brain. make the players happy and get their mentality correct and we have a different team. Different than under Manning we now look like we're all on the same page and we all want to play for Clement and more importantly they all want to represent the shirt.
