I know that annoyed you a lot, but

he did actually shuffle himself back onto the pitch to get play stopped, despite being genuinely injured. That was what Martinelli responded to.

Not clever, but hardly the crime of the century, and you might think that a seriously injured player wouldn't do that. (Of course as it turned out he was but he still did.)
