I don't expect every transfer to work or to work straight away

Only the deluded would....but I think an error was taken in the strategy of so many youngsters with potential, especially ones from overseas who would need time to acclimatise at such a young age. So I hope lessons have been learnt in this regard.

Similarly I hope he has learnt that better, more frequent open communication with fans can go a long way.

I'm pleased things are looking better for him and obviously hope that continues and certainly able to move past previous mistakes he may have made.
