I absolutely agree. Psychology affects everything and I was extremely shocked

to hear we have a pro psychologist that has been on the books for about 4 years. I can only hope I hear wrong because if it isn’t what the hell have they been doing for the last year or so!
PC is so good I even want to listen to his press conferences and aside from Farke now and again that is unheard of! He says interesting things instead of constant football cliches, he commands respect, he is thoughtful and considers what he say instead of being a robot.
The way he exudes genuine assuredness must have a huge affect on the players.
