Possible spoiler if you haven’t watched beyond episode 5

So, Fiona goes for Rachel at Round Table and instead gets herself voted off and she declares as a Traitor. Had she not known Rachel was a Traitor, Fiona could’ve liaised with her fellow Traitors to murder Rachel. Therefore the only explanation for Fiona’s tactics is that she knew Rachel was a Traitor. So my questions are: (1) am I over simplifying and missing something and (2) if I’m not why aren’t the silly bastards going after Rachel?
