I'm not insinuating anything

I'm wondering explicitly whether a particular community has been privileged above others in participating in the selection process, or might be perceived as such, and whether/the extent to which any of that might affect decisions later taken - that issue is obviously raised more acutely given the position taken by West Midlands in re Maccabi. There are unhappy recent precedents concerning the "maintenance of community cohesion" at the expense of victims
